Shipping

We pride ourselves in our speedy shipping procedures. Most items are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed.  We ship Monday-Friday. No shipping is done on holidays or weekends.

Shipping within Canada will be done by Canada Post Service. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.  If there will be a delay in shipping on our end, we will notify you.  Please be sure you have provided us with your correct shipping address and telephone number.

Shipments to the United States will be sent Canada Post Service.  Please allow up to 10 to 14 business days for delivery. If there will be a delay in shipping on our end, we will notify you. Please be sure you have provided us with your correct shipping address and telephone number.  Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be levied these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns/Refunds

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization invoice number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.   Items should be returned in a padded package and be insured. We will not refund items lost in shipping. Proof of purchase must be included in the package.  Any returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Note:  all discounted sales are final.

Cancellation of Order

An order can be cancelled only before an order ships. Refunds are issued to the same payment method the order was made on, without exception. If an order has already shipped, then the cancellation must be treated like a return.

Your personal information is important to us.  All information is placed on our secure server.  We will not sell or give away your personal information.
